Hi, I’m Justin Harnick.

Originally from Port Washington, New York, I moved to Tennessee to attend Belmont University and have called it home ever since. Today I live in the Gulch and work throughout Franklin and Middle Tennessee.

My work centers on helping business owners, young and mid-career professionals, and individuals approaching or in retirement bring structure to important financial decisions. That often begins with foundational strategies — protecting income, preparing for retirement, and managing risk — but it doesn’t stop there.

Over time, I’ve found that many of the most important decisions aren’t simple. Business transitions, complex compensation structures, divorce, special needs planning, or the financial impact of health challenges can introduce real pressure into a family’s life. My role is to bring clarity and stability to those moments by aligning insurance-based strategies with your broader financial picture — including existing investments, retirement accounts, and business interests.

I believe financial strategy should feel structured and intentional — not overwhelming. Whether that means funding a buy-sell agreement, creating accessible capital, coordinating with legal and tax professionals, or preparing assets for long-term income, the focus remains the same: clarity, flexibility, and long-term stability.

Outside of work, I enjoy mixed martial arts, writing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
